GREENVILLE, SC. -- Shaw Resources, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of Phase I Redevelopment of University Square located at 5052 Old Buncombe Road. The two new retail buildings in this Publix-anchored shopping center provide over 18,000 SQ FT of retail space to the existing plaza, making room for twelve new offices, shops, and restaurants.
